Select the reason from the dropdown (Quality issue, Wrong product, Change of mind, Size issue, etc.)
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a return shipping label via email. For defective items, shipping is FREE. For change of mind, âš49 shipping charge applies.
Pack the item securely in original packaging. Print the return label and stick it on the package. Drop it at the nearest courier pickup point or arrange for pickup (select locations).
Your return package is in transit. You can track it using the tracking number provided with the return label.
We receive your package and inspect the item. If it matches return conditions, we approve it. You'll receive notification within 2-3 business days.
Upon approval, refund is processed to your original payment method. It takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
