No, we strictly follow a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. After 7 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, defective items may be covered under warranty.
How much is the return shipping charge? +
For defective, damaged, or wrong product issues - FREE return shipping. For change of mind returns - ₹49 return shipping charge. Free return shipping is not available for exchange of sizes/designs unless there's a quality issue.
When will I receive my refund? +
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the money to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank.
Can I return a gift item? +
Yes, gift items can be returned following the same 7-day policy. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase. Gift cards cannot be returned.
What if the item is damaged during return shipping? +
Please ensure proper packaging when returning items. If damaged during return shipping, the buyer is responsible as the item was already inspected by us. We recommend using secure packaging.
